I have always had muscle cramps from overexertion since my sports days in high school. I lived with the cramping until I started a mineral supplement. Among other minerals the key was the relationship of calcium to magnesium which in this supplement was 500/250 mg. My cramping improved dramatically. I still would get incapacitating cramps occasionally, usually at night. This would depend on the amount of exercise I would get that day or week. I lived with that amount of cramping for years.Then, I tried the D3 active. This has provided another dramatic improvement. I still get some minor cramping, but less often and not severe. Dr. Sivieri, if you can provide a biological reason for this, I would appreciate you telling me.
